  • Exact rates vary, please view our VRBO page for up to date pricing

    In-Season rates are December 15th through April 30th

    Off-Season rates are May 1st through December 14th

    3 week or less - a $300 deposit is required

    4 weeks or more - a $600 deposit is required

    The full rental payment is due 21 days before arrival which is non-refundable. If rental is cancelled, only the reservation deposit will be returned.

  • Minimum stay is 7 days (one week).

    Maximum occupancy is 4 people per condo unit.

    There is no smoking or vaping allowed inside any condo unit, there are dedicated areas on the property for smoking.

    Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited.

    Minimum age to rent is 25.

    Cleaning fee applies to all rentals.
